Self-defense classes for women
This program is dedicated to teaching women how to feel confident in any situation they may encounter during an attack. Classes are held once a week for a period of three months, and will teach women how to effectively defend themselves from grabs, punches, kicks, pins, weapons, and many other threatening situations. The program teaches women confidence and how to never fear an attack again.
These classes are for women only. It is not a formal martial arts class; therefore, there is no uniform required in class but anything what make you feel comfortable during a little workout will works out (no shoes at the mat). There are no formal workouts; i.e., pushups, crunches etc., however, some of the maneuvers, if applied properly, fast, and several times in a row, are a workout in themselves.
Classes are for women ages 16 and up, however, some exceptions apply. Pricing details are available by contacting our Academy. Watch our Calendar as to when the next session will be scheduled.
